Measuring approximately 190mm in length, it's even larger than the Yamato from the same series. The ship features intricately detailed sculpting, with all markings faithfully reproduced to match its appearance in the anime.

The interior of the Dispersion Wave-Motion Gun at the bow and the Wave-Motion Engine nozzles at the stern are finished with metallic paint to further enhance the model's realistic feel.

Equipped with four main turrets—two forward and two aft—each armed with triple-mounted 40.6cm Converging Positron Shock Cannons, the guns can be rotated for dynamic display options.

This version also includes a mini Cosmo Tiger I for additional display versatility. For this updated edition, professional modeler Kei Shimizu was commissioned to apply expert weathering effects, capturing the battle-worn presence of the Andromeda.
